All American Council on Coaching certification courses have undergone rigorous program evaluation by health professionals such as Physical and Occupational Therapists, Physician's Assistants, Teachers, Principals, Coaches and certified Fitness Professionals. The American Council on Coaching certification courses have received the seal of approval and accreditation by the American Council of Fitness Education (ACFE). All from the convenience of your own home!

How Does it Work? (see the FAQ's for more information)

  1. Purchase the course and receive the official study materials in the mail
  2. Review the study material (2 official coaching textbooks provided free with registration) at your own pace
  3. When ready to complete the final examination (online), login to the Exam Center and complete the 100 question examination
  4. When finished, your examination score will be displayed immediately
  5. Upon sucessful completion (score of 75% or higher), an official certification certificate will be mailed to your address on file.
Below are the certification courses currently available at the American Council On Coaching:
Youth Coaching Certification Courses
These courses are designed for those coaches who are currently coaching or planning to coach youth sports such as Little League, Tee-Ball, AYSO or local soccer leagues, and local elementary basketball leagues.

Coaching Certification Courses
These courses are designed for those coaches who are currently coaching or planning to coach organized school or club sports at the junior high, junior varsity and/or varsity levels.
